It involves more detailed and thorough preparation than you’ve probably done before. But the result is a circuit breaker that makes an interviewer sit up and take notice of you.

The Nail that Interview program walks you through five critical steps that will assist you to prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally to deliver a powerful interview. In each session we will discuss essential concepts, complete activities, adapt to your personal scenario and work together so you can build skills and confidence to succeed.

Module 1: Get Started and Prepare

As with many important projects in life, preparation is key to success. Another important factor is knowing exactly what you want to achieve and being focused and committed to doing so. This module is the first step of your program. It will help you set the scene and get organised and be ready to master the rest of the program.

Module 2: Define your value

Understanding the value, you bring to your work as an employable asset can be game-changing. When we talk value, we talk about outcome value and show you how to create short and impactful statements that demonstrate why your boss, colleagues or potential new boss should sit up and take notice of you.

Module 3: Fortify your mindset

Fortify your mindset and the belief that you are worth it. Discover how your brain and emotions may be impacting your behaviour and limiting your opportunities.

Module 4: Strengthen your communication

Everyone communicates in their own way each day and in multiple scenarios. In the context of knowing your worth, we ask that you become even more alert to the said and unsaid of communication around you. We will acquaint, or re-acquaint you with communication concepts so they’re front of the mind for your conversations.

Module 5A: Understand the job interview menu approach

Partnering for success. An interview is a two-way process in which both you and the interviewer are selling, exchanging information, and evaluating requirements. It is a chance to balance power during the conversation and break the traditional approach to answering questions to improve your interview performance. 

Module 5B: Additional module available. Build a salary negotiation plan

Negotiating is the dance of understanding and agreement. No matter whether it’s a fast game like taking a job with a new company or a slower game with the same company when you have good negotiation skills you can take control of your situation and get what you deserve.​
