If you want to be successful in a salary review then lead with this one thing:
Make sure you can quantify ‘why’ you are the best with evidence.
This means, being able to clearly articulate what sets you apart from other team members.
Did you increase revenue by recommending a change to an internal process? Perhaps you found a more cost-effective supplier?
Make sure you detail your thought process behind seeking these alternatives in the first place and then detail the success you saw off the back of them.
